The total Compensation Package at ADTEK includes base salary (or hourly wage), merit increases, on-the-spot recognition, as well as a profit-sharing program. Profit-Sharing ProgramADTEK's commitment to its employees is exemplified through our profit-sharing program. A portion of the firm's annual profits are allocated to all professional-level employees in the form of a profit-sharing bonus at the end of each fiscal year. Leave TimeFull-time employees, with less than two years of service, accumulate fifteen (15) days of leave each year. Beginning at each subsequent year, full-time employees accumulate an additional day of annual leave per year, to a maximum of twenty (20) days of leave per year. TGIF and Company EventsOn the first Friday of each month, the company sponsors an event to which all employees are invited.
