Compensation

Compensation Packages at ADTEK are based on local and national salary surveys. The total Compensation Package at ADTEK includes base salary (or hourly wage), merit increases, on-the-spot recognition, as well as a profit-sharing program.

Profit-Sharing Program

ADTEK's commitment to its employees is exemplified through our profit-sharing program. A portion of the firm's annual profits are allocated to all professional-level employees in the form of a profit-sharing bonus at the end of each fiscal year. The funds are allocated according to merit, loyalty and team participation.

Leave Time

Full-time employees, with less than two years of service, accumulate fifteen (15) days of leave each year. Beginning at each subsequent year, full-time employees accumulate an additional day of annual leave per year, to a maximum of twenty (20) days of leave per year.

Health Insurance

All full-time, regular employees at ADTEK are eligible for health insurance. ADTEK offers three (3) different health insurance options. Coverage includes: major medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.

Disability Insurance

ADTEK provides short-term and long-term disability insurance coverage for all full-time employees. We also provide Group Life and AD&D benefits.

401(k) Retirement Plan

ADTEK currently offers a T. Rowe Price Century Plan 401(k) program. When eligible, ADTEK will make a matching contribution of up to 50% of the first 6% of your salary. (i.e., If you contribute 6% or more, ADTEK will contribute 3%.)

Training and Continuing Education

ADTEK is committed to the growth and development of its employees. All employees at ADTEK are encouraged to attend training and development activities such as:

• In-House Training (typically offered once per month)

• External Training Related to Career and Professional Development
• Preparation Programs for Professional Licensure, etc.

TGIF and Company Events

On the first Friday of each month, the company sponsors an event to which all employees are invited. Some of our recent events include bowling, pool, ice-skating and miniature golf. In addition, ADTEK hosts both an annual holiday party and company picnic for employees and guests.
